  7. installing this software.  By installing this software, you accept 
  8. all the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to abide 
  9. by them. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, 
  10. do NOT continue to install this software.

  12. LICENSE:

  14. Customer shall not:
  15. (a) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other 
  16. notices or proprietary restrictions from Program;
  17. (b) transfer, sell, assign or otherwise convey Program to anotherparty 
  18. without my consent;
  19. (c) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation 
  20. of Program.

  22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  24. Neither me nor any of its licensors shall be liable for any 
  25. indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages 
  26. for loss of profits, revenue, data or data use, incurred by customer 
  27. or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if 
  28. I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
